Beautiful Skeletons' is a 22 track collection of songs spanning nearly two decades from Gavin Clark, erstwhile player and songwriter in Sunhouse, Clayhill and musical collaborator with visual director Shane Meadows.
 
'Beautiful Skeletons' is a wonderful collection from the Gavin Clark songbook and has been collated by Shane Meadows from an original archive of some 240 songs that he has saved over their twenty year friendship.
 
As he says himself; "Gavin Clark is the reason I gave up on my band and on any hopes of a career in music when I was 17 years of age. I heard him play one day in a friend's kitchen in Uttoxeter and the second he sang I quit.
 
The songs maybe spread out over 20 years, but they are bound together by their simplicity, their honesty and most of all his voice.
